Using Toolistri

Toolistri is operated by Toolistri. Toolistri provides online tools for creating receipts, invoices, quotes, pay stubs, and related exported files. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

We may use third-party providers to host, operate, analyze, bill for, secure, and support the service. Those providers may include Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Google, and similar vendors, and your use of the service may involve technical processing through those providers.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who Can Use The Service

You may use the core generators as a guest without creating an account.

Some features require a signed-in account, including saved documents and contact submissions. Shared logo features and certain other capabilities require Pro.

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a subscription.
• We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being used in a harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized way.

Your Content

You keep responsibility for the content you enter into the generators, upload as logos, save to your account, or submit through contact or support forms.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and that your use of the service does not violate applicable law, contracts, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, employment obligations, tax rules, payroll rules, or third-party rights.

Generated Document Disclaimer

Toolistri does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, employment, insurance, lending, or regulatory advice.

Receipts, invoices, quotes, estimates, and pay stubs generated through the service are templates and user-directed outputs only. They are not reviewed, certified, guaranteed, approved, verified, filed, or endorsed by Toolistri.

You are solely responsible for checking all amounts, dates, identities, addresses, rates, deductions, reimbursements, taxes, terms, disclosures, logos, and other information before using or sharing any generated document.

Prohibited Uses

• Do not use the service to create false, misleading, fraudulent, forged, or unlawful documents.
• Do not use the service to impersonate another person or business without authorization.
• Do not use the service to violate payroll, wage, tax, consumer protection, privacy, or recordkeeping laws.
• Do not use the service in any way that could harm Toolistri, other users, third parties, or the availability, security, or integrity of the service.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Saved Documents And Deletion

If you save a document to your account, it stays available until you update it, delete it, or the related account data is removed.

You can delete saved documents from the Saved Documents area. Pro users can also remove a shared logo there.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges and agree that billing, payment method handling, and subscription processing may be handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy practices.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing tools we provide.

If you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund requests may be submitted to toolistri@yahoo.com or through the Toolistri contact page. Unless required by law, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.

Plan access may change if payment fails, a subscription is canceled, or billing status changes.

Service Availability

We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Parts of the service rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers, and interruptions affecting those providers may affect availability.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent feature support, or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property

The Toolistri service, site design, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of the service itself. They only allow you to use it in line with these Terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability, except where disclaimers are not allowed by law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, or document-related losses arising from your use of the service.

You remain responsible for reviewing and validating any generated document before relying on it.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, create legal exposure, or misuse the service.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may update this page and revise the date above.
